The Ayawaso North Private Schools Association (ANPSA) has held a career guidance forum for 2020 Basic Education Certificate Examination (BECE) candidates.

The event took place at the premises of Al-Banat Preparatory school in Mamobi on August 27, 2020.

The purpose of the gathering was to provide guidance for the candidates with the kind of courses to offer that will go in hand with the career they want to pursue.

The program, being the sixth time,  was also to honour the memory of late Walter Dallas, who was very supportive in the past events of ANPSA.

The forum saw representatives from the Ghana Education Service for Ayawaso North who spoke with the candidates on how to go about the forthcoming examination.

The acting Municipal Education Director, Mr. Augustus Awusu Agyemfra, was represented by the P R O of the Education Directorate.

Walter Dallas

The MCE for Ayawaso North, Amin Zakaria Mohammed, too was represented by his personal assistant, Mr Augustine, who sent the MCE’s warm regards and wished the candidates the best of luck.

Schools that were present included Guidance preparatory, Amoraf Science and Technology, Al-Falah Islamic, Greater Care,  Maamobi Bethany Prep, Racheal school complex, Salas etc

Public schools like Kotobabi ’13’ JHS , Unity JHS and Darul-Hijrah Islamic school were also present.

Teachers from various schools under the association with their candidates graced the occasion in their numbers.
