The National Communications Authority (NCA) has instructed telecom giant, MTN Ghana, to compensate all customers who were affected by the technical challenges the company witnessed earlier this week.
The authority has asked MTN to refund all deductions made from customers accounts due to the difficulties they encountered.
Over the week customers lamented what they claimed as high data charges by the network operator.
During the period between Sunday and Monday, the Customer Care lines of MTN were not accessible. Lots of the customers took to social media to pour out their worries.
