Deputy of Minister of the South African Police, Michael Mkongi, has said in a conference that the attacks ongoing in SA are not xenophobic.
To him, 80 per cent of the city has been dominated by foreigners who are not law-abiding. Therefore South Africans are only taking over what is rightfully theirs.
Information gathered by kandeyalhassan.com says the minister describes the dominance of foreigners as dangerous. He asserted that South Africans cannot dominate any country as others have. There has been public outburst since the news broke. Watch the video below:
